台灣原生桃園豬,豬以黃豆玉米為主食,豬肉的廣泛用途還和底片、蠟筆、小熊軟糖、脾酒…等。豬種則很多,豬的部位有肩胛、背脊、小腹、後腰、腿…等,對食物不甚熱衷的我,也算長了知識。
